Returns & Refunds


Manufacturer's Defects
Our product quality guarantee is for 365 days from date of shipping against defects in manufacture. If your purchased item becomes defective during that time, due to a manufacturing flaw, then we will replace the defective product with similar or better, or provide you a refund. To make a claim we will require visible proof of the manufacturing defect.

If we require you to return the defective item, then we will stipulate the means, and refund you the cost of doing so.

 Returns for other reasons  
If you simply change your mind about a purchase and want to return an item, you will need to pay return shipping costs.

If the reason for return is a result of an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be met by us, or a credit issued for an amount agreed between us at the time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our returns policy lasts 60 days.

For anything after that time has elapsed, you can still contact us to discuss the problem. We will listen with a sympathetic ear and make a decision, which will be final, no discussion entered into.

Exempt Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will be based on the condition of the returned item when we receive it.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account,  and/or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

For any reason other than defective or damaged items you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless approved by us in advance of the shipment. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  For reasons beyond our control (such as incorrect address label, local shipping issues) we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
